Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Central Office - "Attention: Superintendent" and marked "School Bus Bid".  The bus may be viewed on the parking lot of the Mel Carnhan Family Learning Center located at 200 E. Scioto Street.   Bids must received by 3:00 p.m. on October 7, 2009.  The St. James R-I School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
