Peachjar for E-flyer Distribution

Beginning in the 2022-23 school year, St. James R-1 School District began using Peachjar to digitally send home school and community flyers. All parents with an email address on file will automatically be registered to receive digital flyers from their school. However, parents will be able to opt out of this service. School and district-approved community flyers will be emailed to parents as images and posted on the school’s website. Community organizations will distribute flyers about valuable programs, events, and resources in our community.

Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and not to mention the time saved driving school to school!  

To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

  • Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com

  • Go to Send & Post Flyer to Submit your flyer for approval

  • See Deals on your account for best pricing options

Weekly Deadline and Email Distribution

  • Deadline: The deadline for uploading flyers is Thursday by noon for approval . When you upload your flyer, make sure the post date is set to Thursday of the week you want the flyer to be emailed to families.

  • Email distribution: One weekly email message is sent to St. James R-1 families on Thursday of each week.
