St. James R-1 High School students from St. James FBLA, St. James School FFA, and STJ DECA attended the annual Missouri Association of Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Legislative Day at the State Capitol last week!
They had the opportunity to learn about the legislative process, engage with elected officials, and tour the capitol. We're proud to support our students' participation in events that engage them in the legislative process and encourage them to become active and informed citizens. Career and technical education is a vital part of our educational system, and we will continue to support and encourage our students in pursuing their career goals.
Congratulations to the FBLA, FFA, and DECA students who participated in the Missouri ACTE Legislative Day and thanks to the state officials who escorted them: Senator Justin Brown, State Representative Tara J. Peters and State Representative Bennie Cook.
