GRADUATION VENUE CHANGE: Due to the uncertain weather forecast tomorrow, the St. James R-1 High School Graduation Ceremony will now be held in the Middle School Gymnasium at 7:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this adjustment. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Here are some important details to note:
- Each graduate received one ticket during this morning's practice for themselves or their family to park in the designated parking lot.
- Only vehicles with tickets will be allowed to park in the middle school parking lot.
- All other vehicles must park at the Distribution Center.
- Copeland Bus Services will provide shuttles to and from the Distribution Center before and after the graduation ceremony.
- Shuttles will commence operations when the doors open at 5:30 PM.
- If you have a valid reason for needing to drop someone off at the entrance, vehicles may pull into the lot for drop-off purposes.
- However, it is important to note that these vehicles must then return to the Distribution Center parking lot.
Spectators:
- We are happy to inform you that there are no limitations on the number of spectators who may attend the ceremony.
- Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The commons area will be open for those who wish to watch the ceremony.
