Beth McWhorter, Paraprofessional at St. James Middle School, has been named the St. James R-1 School District’s 2024-25 Staff Member of the Year.
“Beth is the kind of person who shows up every day with kindness, patience, and a deep care for students,” said Superintendent Tim Webster. “She consistently makes our school better, and I’m grateful we get to recognize her in this way.”
Beth leads with heart, bringing warmth and positivity to everything she does. Her gift for building relationships and supporting both students and staff has made her a beloved part of the middle school community. Whether working one-on-one with students, offering a listening ear, or jumping in wherever help is needed, Beth leads with compassion and purpose.
