St. James R-1 School District is excited to welcome our newest students for the upcoming school year! Early Childhood Screenings will be held at Lucy Wortham James Elementary School on the following dates:
Friday, February 6
Friday, February 20
Friday, February 27
Friday, March 6
Eligibility
Tiger Cubs: Children must be 4 years old on or before July 31 and reside in the St. James School District.
Kindergarten: Children must be 5 years old on or before July 31 and reside in the St. James School District.
Current Tiger Cubs students do not need to schedule a screening appointment.
Registration and Scheduling
Families must complete online registration before scheduling a screening. Once registration is complete, you will receive communication with instructions to schedule your child’s screening appointment.
What to Bring to Screening
Birth certificate
Social Security card
Immunization record
Proof of residency
