Ronna Breeding has been named the St. James R-1 School District’s 2025-26 Staff Member of the Year!
“Ronna represents what makes this district special,” said Superintendent Tim Webster. “We have a strong tradition of alumni coming back to serve our schools, and she is a great example of that. She builds meaningful relationships with students and plays a part in their journey from the early years all the way to graduation.”
Ronna’s impact spans grade levels, from her early work with first-grade students to her role at the high school today. She takes pride in building lasting connections and being part of each student’s story along the way.
“This is such a surprise and an honor,” said Breeding. “I started working with our 1st grade kiddos a long time ago, then moved over to the high school. It has been great watching these kiddos grow up and being part of getting them ready to graduate. Creating relationships with them and watching them walk across the stage on graduation night is the best part of what I do!"
