St. James R-1 School District staff, students, and community patrons met this week to review the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP). Our five-year improvement plan is reviewed annually for continued performance improvement by a committee with representation from all stakeholders in our school district. Superintendent Webster and Assistant Superintendent Williams presented our current successes to the committee as well as areas for continued growth opportunities.
District goals were reviewed to make sure we are seeing advancement in each area of the plan. The CSIP committee has until June 2023 to finish any potential changes to our current CSIP before it must be submitted to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
