Four St. James R-1 High School students were selected by audition to perform with the 2023 Missouri All-State Choir. A total of 192 singers from throughout Missouri are selected each year to be a part of this prestigious choir.
Students went through two rounds of rigorous auditions which included performing vocal solos, a chosen choral work, timed sight-singing, and identifying randomly selected key signatures.
The Missouri All-State Choir performed on Saturday, January 28, 2023, as the grand finale of the Missouri Music Educators Association Conference and Clinic held at Tan-Tar-A Conference Center in Osage Beach, Missouri.
