Fine motor skills are the secret ingredients for independence, problem-solving, and handwriting. Our preschool students have been busy crafting their way to success! Earlier this school year, our little artists embarked on a journey using recyclable items to create magnificent birds. They honed their fine motor skills through painting, pasting, and precise placement.

Learning Highlight: From Stage to Open Air!
Recently, the Stagecraft Talent class made the most of a beautiful fall day. They embraced the great outdoors to turn “all the world into a stage.” The auditorium was booked for a choir concert and the Greenroom was bustling with sets in progress, so students headed outside.
They not only got a breath of fresh air, but they also honed their skills in “filling the space” with their movements and “projection” while competing with the laughter from the neighboring elementary playground and the sounds of passing vehicles.
Don't forget to mark your calendars! The Neverending Story, a production from STJ Tiger Drama, will be taking the stage at 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 16th, and Friday, November 17th, with a matinee at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 19th.
