Throughout each month, students across all grade levels will participate in engaging classroom challenges that encourage them to embody the “Word of the Month” in their daily lives. At the end of the month, each classroom teacher will select a student who has truly embraced the spirit of the word. These students will be recognized as "Students of the Month.”

Learning Highlight: Artistic Adventures with Mixed Media Hot Chocolate! 🎨☕🖌️
Fourth-grade students in Ms. Bowen’s class had a delicious hot chocolate party in Mrs. Mendenhall's art class today! Their learning target was clear: "I can create a mixed media artwork." From marshmallows to steam swirls, they crafted a mixed media cup of hot chocolate that warmed our hearts. After completing the project and engaging in thoughtful self-evaluations, students were treated to hot chocolate with all the fixings!
